1. Which Terms Apply
Your license to use this app comes from Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
These Terms of Use are additional terms. They cover purchases and editions, refunds through Apple, the accuracy of the content, and where your data is stored. They do not replace Apple’s agreement. If the two ever disagree about the license itself, Apple’s agreement is the one that applies.
2. Disclaimer
This app is designed to help you prepare for the U.S. Citizenship Test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
3. Content Accuracy
While we strive to keep the content accurate and up-to-date, some information (such as current government officials) may change. Always verify information with official USCIS resources, including Check for Test Updates.
4. No Guarantee
Using this app does not guarantee that you will pass the citizenship test. Success depends on your individual study and preparation.
5. Pro Purchase
Pro is sold as a dated edition. The edition currently offered is Pro (2026-2027). It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple that unlocks the Pro features available when you buy it, including improvements to those features. These are an ad-free experience, detailed analytics and score breakdowns, study streak tracking, the study activity grid, extended test history, missed-question review, and answers on the home screen widget. Everyone sees their current study streak. Pro adds your best streak, total study days and streak milestone alerts.
Pro also includes one free streak repair each calendar month. It does not accumulate: an unused month does not carry forward.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase
- Pro is not a subscription. You are charged once, and nothing renews
- A substantially new feature set added later may be offered as a separate edition. It is not included in an edition you already own, and you never need it to keep what you have
6. Remove Ads Purchase
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple that removes ads and nothing else. Pro already includes ad removal.
7. Streak Repairs
A streak repair fills in a day you missed so your study streak continues. They are sold as a consumable pack of ten through Apple. Unlike Pro and Remove Ads, a consumable is used up when you spend it, so it cannot be restored and a restore will not return repairs you have already used. Repairs you have bought and not spent remain on the device.
A repair only bridges a streak. It is never counted as a day you studied, it does not add to your total days studied, and it cannot earn an achievement.
Pro includes one free repair each calendar month, granted by the app rather than purchased. It does not accumulate, and an unused month does not carry forward.
8. General Purchase Terms
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Apple handles refunds under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
You can restore purchases on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Use the Restore Purchases button on the Pro screen, which you reach from Settings → Add-ons → Get Pro.
Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions are no longer sold and are being retired, so they will stop renewing. Anyone who subscribed keeps Pro permanently, at no further charge.
9. Data Storage
All study progress, test history, and statistics are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. Updating the app keeps this data. Deleting the app removes it, and we keep no copy that could bring it back. An iCloud or computer backup of your device may include it.
